I really like the creek here especially in the "dog" days of summer. It's nice to sit by the creek and read and relax. There are brown trout that run twice a year, but can only be fished in the spring as the fall run is for spawning. The area is fairly quiet and well groomed lawns and families are the majority of homeowners. There are trees along the creek and in the yard. Two fruit trees also. I really like the flowers that are along the creek and around the house. The flowers come up every year like clockwork.
